Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - BI&A Operations to join our Finance Transformation, Data and Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operationalizing complex Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to support business stakeholders. You will manage junior analysts, provide guidance on best practices, and optimize queries to reduce load on Power BI premium capacity.

Key Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in maintaining BI solutions.
  • Experience in understanding BI delivery components (ETL, Star Schema's, KPI metrics via DAX).
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or other quantitative/technology field.
  • Post-graduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or other quantitative/technology field (plus).
  • High proficiency in Power BI and its end-to-end solution.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate (plus).
  • Proven experience in scripting languages (e.g., R, Python) (plus).
  • Proven experience working with relational or multidimensional databases (e.g., SQL, Hyperion) (plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative skills.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to assess and communicate findings/analysis.
