Job Description:Supervisor Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for leading a team of analysts, managing projects, and ensuring that the team delivers impactful Business Intelligence and Digital solutions that enhance decision-making and customer experience while staying at the forefront of technology and analytics trends.Responsibilities:Ongoing collaboration with Stakeholders, decision makers, subject matter experts, team members and end users to define business requirements and lead in solution design (10%)Assigns duties and prioritization and provides oversight to team members to ensure coverage and completion of all relevant tasks (5%)Lead design and develop complex reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions (10%)Establish a cadence with each account to review weekly workload, new request, and current project status, define prioritization, defines business unit communication strategy, and owns end user communication plan, Review project and business results to get feedback and adjust if necessary.
(25%)Conducts team member performance management including Performance Improvement Plans, Annual Compensation Review, Touchpoints, Monthly individual follow up, attendance and adherence to TD policies and procedures (10%)Managed team and induvial performance base on measurable results (10%)Responsible for team reward and recognition programs to include nomination and monitoring of division and corporate programs (5%)Is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the BI Team.
Acts as escalation point in collaboration with the manager to remove roadblocks and Conduct Improvement and feedback sessions with the team and individual (25%)Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline Field of Study preferred.
