Job Description

The Data Management Specialist II will play a critical role in building relationships with key clients, driving data acquisition strategies, and supporting furnishers in maintaining quality of reported data. As a key player in this initiative, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management, translating business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact for large data furnishers on data reporting and accuracy, providing education on best practices in data reporting, and building strong relationships with high-profile clients through exceptional customer service.

You will navigate a complex business environment, working closely with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Data Management to support data reporting quality. Your ability to critically evaluate and interpret data furnisher requirements, propose appropriate solutions, and drive sales-oriented growth targets will be essential to your success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on analyzing results and presenting insights to diverse audiences
  • Organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • A proactive and self-starting approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with data warehouse or analytical tools, such as Tableau or Alteryx (desired)
  • Knowledge of AWS services, such as Athena, Glue, or SageMaker (a plus)
