Job Description
">As a Project Manager, you will directly interface with new clients across multiple countries to create project plans and prioritize tasks across various departments and skill sets.
You will utilize Salesforce to create project cases and tasks, ensuring the right team members are assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Additionally, you will oversee multiple concurrent software implementation projects from inception through completion, ensuring all projects remain within the agreed-upon timeline and scope.
Maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders, including setup and support personnel, learning and development, and client success teammates, is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">For this role, we seek individuals with progressive experience in a client-facing position requiring a high level of individual responsibility and sound business judgment.
Aptitude for improving customer satisfaction and developing strong relationships is crucial.
Bachelor's degree, certification, or prior experience in management, project management, agile/scrum, computer science, or a related field is highly preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build relationships with new clients are essential.
