About Intel's Sales Transformation Journey
At Intel, our Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) has embarked on a multi-year transformation journey to empower our sellers, capture customer loyalty, and drive growth. The Sales Excellence team is leading this initiative, working across SMG and Intel.
This unique role is part of the Sales Incentives team, responsible for maintaining the Varicent ICM commission administration system and providing support to the sales organization. The primary functions involve ensuring accurate incentive compensation calculations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth understanding of lease commission plans and related data.
- Collaborate with team members and business partners to determine the best Varicent ICM solutions.
- Implement and test commission plan changes, estimate time and effort, and communicate timelines.
- Communicate with the Global Sales Incentive team, explain calculations, and answer questions related to commission plan payouts.
- Document current policies, processes, and procedures.
- Provide Varicent ICM training to team members and create training materials.
- Leverage continuous improvement practices to enhance processes and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, accounting, finance, engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance or a related field.
About the Role:
This position is available as a fully home-based opportunity with occasional site visits based on business need. We offer a competitive total compensation package, including pay, stock, bonuses, and benefit programs such as health, retirement, and vacation.
The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Intel's Sales and Marketing organization works with global customers and partners to solve critical business problems using Intel technology solutions.
