**Job Summary**
We are looking for a seasoned Knowledge And Project Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of knowledge-sharing initiatives within assigned practice areas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic core KS initiatives, which impact assigned practice areas. They must be conversant and articulate in the key benefits of the Lighthouse (Ibm Platform), Spaces, Channels, content acquisition, and desired knowledge-sharing behaviors.
This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Office and exposure to knowledge sharing/management. Strong consulting and analytical skills are also essential.
The successful candidate will work closely with various KS teams to fulfill overall KS objectives. They will engage stakeholders to achieve business and KS objectives and ensure seamless and consistent Content+ offering linkage is available in Spaces and Channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with practice leaders to ensure availability of reusable documents aligned by Offerings for each Geo.
- Identify content requirements and content gaps in coordination with the Practice Lead and BSL, producing a KS strategy and high-level plan to capture quality content.
- Drive the effort to acquire the 'best of the best' practice and account documentation for sales accelerators and project deliverables.
