This role is part of GBS Finance, responsible for handling inbound calls from retailers contracted with Reynolds and their sales representatives. Your main objective will be to resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, products, promotions among others.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of contact service experience, experience working under pressure, and problem-solving and customer service skills. Additionally, intermediate use of Microsoft Office programs and C1 English Level are required.
In this role, you will handle inbound calls and tickets to/from clients and CSAs, assist retailers and TMRs with inquiries related to the business on live inbounds, comply with account KPIs, transfer calls to the Tier 2 department, analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine, and improve processes to provide more effective customer service.
