Job Title: Back Office Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Back Office Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for completing data entry tasks, providing administrative support, answering telephone calls, and creating reports.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Heredia, Costa Rica. You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and record management
  • Telephone support and customer service
  • Report creation and analysis
  • Teamwork and special projects

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
