Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team in Perú. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Provide technical CRM support to internal and external clients.
  • - Assist with process review and changes to ensure high delivery of customer service.
  • - Coordinate with the team lead to achieve group and individual objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all services with advance level expertise, including Master Data Management, general business support, coding, and more. They will also be responsible for complying with customer service protocols and other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • - 2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • - Good relationship building skills, both internal and with customers.
  • - Experience with customer service techniques and protocols.
