Key Responsibilities:
- Define learning standards and collaborate with teams to enhance training quality aligned with best practices.
- Collect information related to work procedures, workflow, and report to develop training curriculum.
- Organize training content and make it accessible/automated via the Learning Management System.
- Develops, implements, and maintains training materials for various audiences.
- Understand training needs of different groups and prioritizes content to be developed.
- Create and adapt curriculum for a variety of audiences and learning delivery methods.
- Certify Operations Subject Matter Experts/Trainers with learning best practices.
- Collect data and analyze the impact of training initiatives.
- Assess, plan, develop, and deliver training and learning initiatives.
- Provides technical and/or operational support to projects and programs.
- Research trends and improvements in learning technology and provide guidance to leverage new features and resources.
- Maintain class records in LMS, including class registrations, attendance, metrics, and evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in the field of HR, Information Technology, Education, or relevant professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience with instructional design with focus on eLearning and Mobile Learning content development and related tools.
- Maintains or willing to complete certificate in learning and design.
- Learning Management experience preferred but not required.
- Able to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver multiple work projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent computer skills, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
