What You Will Do
Support for the Sourcing Team:
- Collaborate with the sourcing team on daily ad-hoc sourcing requests, processes, and analyses.
- Assist in supplier management activities, including the identification, selection, and negotiation of new suppliers.
- Aid in the development and execution of project implementation plans to ensure successful program rollouts and compliance.
- Employ analytical thinking to identify and recommend optimal approaches to clients.
- Prepare documentation, track processes, and create dashboards and metrics related to the sourcing environment.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on assigned tasks within sourcing projects in accordance with client specifications.
Data Management and Analysis:
- Perform business data analysis related to sourcing based on established parameters.
- Maintain documents, tools, and reports, updating them as necessary to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct data analyses to swiftly identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Assist in performing market and supplier landscape analyses.
- Monitor and report on supplier evaluations and performance metrics.
- Oversee and report on program compliance.

What You Should Bring
- Education: High school diploma, 2-year Associate Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 0-1 year of prior experience in procurement.
- Languages: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Other Skills
- Familiarity with P2P tools and end-user functionality, as well as ERP/P2P systems like SAP or Oracle (preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of purchase-to-pay processes.
- Adherence to all organizational procurement policies and procedures.
- A collaborative mindset, high motivation, a positive attitude, and flexibility. Strong communication skills with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
