We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Review and Escalation Professional to join our team at Teleperformance Costa Rica. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, classifying, and/or eliminating highly sensitive content uploaded by users according to the parameters defined by our clients.
The ideal candidate will have an intermediate level of English (B2 or above) and an intermediate level in the secondary language (Russian). Additionally, they will possess a high school diploma and 6 months of experience volunteering with vulnerable environments.
You will also be responsible for making timely escalations that require special attention from your line manager in accordance with established procedures.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients' content is reviewed and escalated efficiently and effectively.
