Responsibilities include:
- Managing complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Coordinating logistics for departmental needs, including organizational charts, phone distribution lists, and supplies
- Supporting office administration with tasks such as ordering supplies and food
- Assisting in coordinating activities, events, and meetings across the organization
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in office operations, preferably to a director or senior manager
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong English language skills (spoken and written)
- Possession of a technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Journalism, or related field
