Located in the picturesque Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, Zapotal Golf & Beach Club is a premier luxury resort seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to join its team. With a focus on delivering exceptional quality and service, this role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our resort.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architectural planning and design, with experience working on high-end residential and golf club amenity-related building projects. A bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design is preferred, and a minimum of 6+ years of experience is required.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, who can effectively manage consultant teams and coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless execution of designs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess a deep understanding of operations, both front and back of the house.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k contributions, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
