Procure to Pay Operations Lead

The Procure-to-Pay Recovery Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in the Procure-to-Pay organization, serving as the main contact for local finance and all regions supported by GBS San Jose. This position involves performing sensible activities such as accounts payables inquiries and processing, controls related performance, inquiries regarding any issue related to the P2P process, and other similar activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage formal relationships with key internal stakeholders and colleagues of diverse backgrounds, including different departments, cultures, business units, and countries.
- Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and senior leaders on implementing different initiatives throughout the P2P area.
- Supports the management team and other colleagues as needed.
- Provides guidance, training, and support to new colleagues.
- Ensure the existence of adequate internal controls and keep accurate and up-to-date Work Instructions, Job Aids, and Desktop Procedures documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant functional accounting or finance experience
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
