We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Application Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain complex workflows, scripts, and integrations using ServiceNow tools such as Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
- Provide guidance and training to clients and internal stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices and feature usage
- Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and stay up-to-date with new features and releases
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and implementation
- Hands-on experience with SOAP, RESTful API, scripting, and other ServiceNow development tools
- Strong understanding of ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Asset
- Able to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
