Job Description


The Corrigo System Administrator is responsible for providing system administration support to the client and account leadership team. This includes analyzing and processing data and system changes, administering the Corrigo facility management system, and developing and deploying inspection forms.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Data Analysis: Analyze and process data and system changes from external users (including facility managers, coordinators, etc).
  • System Administration: Administer the Corrigo facility management system at the direction of the account's Global Corrigo Operations Manager.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and document processes for data analysis, system administration, and other tasks as required.
  • Asset Management: Audit existing assets and schedules to conform with data and program standards.
  • PM/RM Schedules: Update PM/RM schedules including data import/exports.
  • Trend Identification: Proactively identify trends in data requests or system usage that may require training or new solutions.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Above-average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office.
  • SharePoint administration experience a plus.
  • Superior customer service skills and orientation.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints without direct supervision.
