**What we are looking for**:
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- 6+ years of relevant data management consulting or industry experience (master data, metadata, data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modeling and data standards)
- Data governance execution and/or operationalization experience
- Experience in analyzing the status and developing recommendations to improve accountability, quality, and adherence to data policies, standards and quality improvement efforts
- Experience in driving solution design and execution of data governance efforts spanning across business lines, technology, and platforms to address enterprise data needs
- Experience performing data audits, identify data collection issues, suggest improvements and help implement fixes
- Ability to define data security standards
- Experience defining standard frameworks that align with overall business and technology strategies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with data governance and data quality tools such as Alation, Atlan, Collibra, Great Expectations, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to create critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Data Governance certification/s (i.e.
: DAMA, Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or Data Governance and Stewardship Professional (DGSP) are a plus
