We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Service Ambassador to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our spa and salon team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our guests.
Your primary focus will be on scheduling services, confirming appointments, and providing general property information to our guests. You will also be responsible for updating reservations lists, informing providers of last-minute changes, and resolving scheduling issues as needed.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of colleagues and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system
- Confirm scheduled services with guests
- Answer questions about available services, general property information, and amenities
- Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day
- Inform providers of last-minute changes and resolve scheduling issues as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will also need to be proficient in using spa/salon reservations software systems and have experience working in a customer-facing role.
