Luxury Vehicle Support Agent

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Luxury Vehicle Support Agent to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our call center operation, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to emergency calls, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive results.
Job Details:
- Respond to emergency calls from luxury vehicle owners, providing empathetic support and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor live feeds to identify potential emergencies, responding accordingly and collaborating with relevant parties.
- Communicate effectively with police and emergency services, following established protocols.
- Collaborate with call center agents in real-time, sharing information and coordinating unified responses.
- Perform additional tasks related to the position, as required by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably with luxury vehicle brands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ or C1 level).
- Customer service-oriented mindset, with strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a dynamic environment.
