As an Operations Project Manager at Experian, you will lead complex projects and ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
You will develop project governance, monitor, update, communicate, and implement plans for business unit projects within the Contact Center environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and documenting project governance and scope
- Driving projects toward completion and taking initiative when necessary
- Interviewing clients to determine project requirements and priorities
- Developing lists of tasks, assigning resources, and tracking task progress
- Building ROIs, estimating project costs, and monitoring project performance
- Maintaining comprehensive project plans and ensuring the contact center operations leadership team is prepared
- Identifying, mitigating, and recommending alternatives to handling risks and issues
- Monitoring and reporting project progress to objectives
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of related experience, and previous Contact Center experience.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading complex projects, strong project management and organizational skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
