Order Management Coordinator

This role focuses on overseeing the entire purchase order process from initiation to completion. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, identifying solutions, and escalating routine and non-routine issues as needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer ePop user access by processing requests, granting, changing, or removing access, and conducting annual reviews of access.
- Manage ePop operations such as teaching, processing customer POs, ensuring correct processing, and monitoring performance.
Additionally, this position involves working closely with countries' super users to activate touchless customers, performing billing exemptions, reviewing blocked orders, and maintaining SOX controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of supervised practice experience in areas like Order Management, Customer Service, or Customer Issue Resolution.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and intermediate level English proficiency.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, self-directed problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and lead efforts within a team.
