**About the Role:**

The Soft Services Facilities Management Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities management services. This position requires a high level of customer service, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the soft services department.
  • Assist with supplier management, including site access coordination and report generation.
  • Support training and development initiatives for vendors.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records and databases.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and related experience.
  • Business Administration technician diploma or degree, or Maintenance, Civil, Industrial engineer student.
  • CCMS Software knowledge and demonstrated experience.
