As a Business Development Representative, you will play a vital role in our success by:
- Documenting all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
- Raising inquiries and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelines and follow up until resolved in a timely fashion
- Exhibiting a courteous and empathetic demeanor to all customers
You will also be responsible for:
- Deploying a consultative approach to solution sales
- Educating customers and prospects on platform utility and navigation
- Growing existing customer accounts through web and in-office training and sales presentations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree/MBA (or equivalent), preferably in an economics, finance, math/statistics/accounting, or real estate discipline
- 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience in a SAAS or commercial real estate environment
- Experience working within a proactive direct sales environment emphasizing inbound and outbound calls and customer retention
