Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Golabs, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across various digital platforms.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Conducting thorough user research to inform design decisions and drive business growth.
  • Developing high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that meet the needs of our users and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and effective designs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on Mobile First and B2C solutions.
  • 5+ years of overall design experience, with a solid understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS, as well as experience with data-driven design optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and content management systems like WordPress or Wix.
Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

  • Ability to translate designs into actionable user stories and product requirements.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing and data analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
