Roche Services Americas is seeking a highly skilled Record to Report CRM Analyst to join our team in San José, Costa Rica. As a key member of our Finance Shared Services Center, you will be responsible for executing AR operational activities for the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities- Execute day-to-day activities according to agreed service levels and in compliance with SOPs.
- Follow daily work coordination instructions and propose process improvements.
- Contribute to the improvement of SSC performance.
- Coordinate and perform complete, stringent, and timely financial tasks, including reconciliation of bank accounts, posting and reconciling of AR transactions, cash application, and clearing of AR and bank suspense accounts.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely manner and provide help to team members in need of assistance.
- Actively participate in workshops, meetings, and work-related team events.
- Solid understanding of accounting processes.
- Strong ability to prioritize and organize work effectively, adhere to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Finance Shared Services and operational accounting processes and related technology systems (SAP, BlackLine, etc.).
- Ability to perform work with limited direction and guidance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of applications in a computerized environment, including spreadsheets, databases, and data analysis tools.
- 3+ years of finance and accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related area.
- Language: English & Spanish required (French is a plus).
