Job Description

Sales and Operations Data Intern - Costa Rica

We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree to participate in a 6-month paid internship at our site in Costa Rica. This role will provide you with meaningful, hands-on experience in data engineering for a HealthTech company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
  2. Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain data systems.
  4. Develop data architecture, models, and designs, ensuring integration across various ERP systems, and establishing necessary control points.
  5. Identify and evaluate fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major data areas.

Requirements

  1. Active student looking to develop a graduation project.
  2. Student in information management, data management, analytics, computer science, or similar fields.
  3. Proven knowledge of data modeling techniques.
  4. Letter from the university specifying the internship as a graduation requirement.
  5. Insurance 'Poliza de Riesgos estudiantiles.'
  6. Strong communicator with the ability to explain data concepts to business stakeholders.
  7. Strategic thinking and tactical planning.
  8. Advanced English level.
