Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience working in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service. You will be expected to provide exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a safe and clean dining environment.

About This Job

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. You will also be responsible for receiving deliveries, storing perishables properly, and rotating stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
  • Ensure all wares are stored in designated areas.
  • Use detergents and sanitizing chemicals to clean dishes.
  • Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items.
  • Sort, soak, and wash/re-wash silverware.
  • Break down dirty bus tubs.
  • Empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area.
  • Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
  • Dispose of glass in proper containers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have basic math skills and be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
