**Descripción del Trabajo**

Procesar todos los métodos de pago según los procedimientos y políticas de contabilidad.
Cumplir con los estándares de auditoría para el control del hotel y con los procedimientos de manipulación de efectivo (p.ej.
ingreso de efectivo a ciegas).
Obtener la caja asignada y asegurar la exactitud del dinero contraído, consiguiendo el cambio necesario para el nível de transacciones esperado y asegurando la caja en todo momento.
Computar la caja al final del turno, completar los informes del cajero designado, resolver cualquier discrepancia, entregar los recibos y asegurar la caja.
Transportar la caja hacia y desde la terminal de trabajo asignada.
Instalar y organizar la terminal de trabajo del cajero con provisiones, formularios y materiales de recursos designados; mantener la limpieza de la terminal de trabajo en todo momento.
Completar las tareas de apertura, como organizar las provisiones y los instrumentos necesarios, incluida la caja, y asegurar que todo se encuentre en perfecto funcionamiento.
Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de seguridad y protección de la compañía e informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras.
Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía.
Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía, anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas y agradecer a los huéspedes con aprecio genuino.
Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional y atender los teléfonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado.
Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás y apoyar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comunes.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad.
Ingresar y localizar la información relacionada con el trabajo mediante la utilización de computadoras y/o sistemas de punto de venta.
Estar de pie, tomar asiento o caminar durante un período prolongado de tiempo.
Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 10 libras o menos.
Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.
