Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Data Associate to join our team at Moody's Investors Service. This is an entry-level position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working in a dynamic environment.

About the Role:

">

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting documents download process, including performing manual downloads, resolving issues related to the process, and participating in future process improvements discussions. You will also support new deal set-up, data capture (e.g., amendments), lifecycle data maintenance, data quality assurance and tracking support to the rating analysts within the designated Line of Business (LOB).

You will perform administrative tasks such as data updates, prepares rating action, bulk rating actions, publishing ratings, research and press release templates and disclosures consistent with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines for designated LOB support; participates in projects. Additionally, you will monitor designated mailboxes to ensure timely and effective handling of internal and external client requests.

  • Supports the development and implementation of processes to ensure seamless service to clients;
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records and databases;
  • Provides exceptional customer service and resolves client inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
  • Stays up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to improve job performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Education:

">

An undergraduate/first-level degree (E.g., Bachelor's degree) required ideally within a Financial field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, Accounting among others.

Experience:

">

Entry-level position. Some relevant work experience and/or relevant internship experience is helpful. Previous financial data or product experience would be advantageous.

Language Skills:

">

Advanced written and verbal command of English and Spanish: works using own initiative and without close supervision;

Strong administrator with excellent administrative skills;

Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive processes with no error;

Clear written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex business concepts to a senior audience.
