**Job Description:**

As a Customer Service Specialist at Tech Firefly, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls while building sustainable relationships with our customers. You will need to provide accurate information, handle complaints, and follow up to ensure resolution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple phone lines and client programs
  • Analyze situations and respond appropriately
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ year of experience in contact centers or customer service roles
  • Prior Claims, Warranty, or Insurance experience is beneficial
  • C1 English written and spoken is a must
