We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator 2 to join our International Agent Maintenance Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting up new agents in our company's systems and ensuring their smooth integration with various global functional units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for existing agents in our systems through extensive coordination with global functional units.
- Ensure timely and accurate setup of new Network Agents and Commercial subscribers.
- Create automation and process enhancements using tools like MS Power Automate, Python, and other secure connections.
- Develop innovative ways to streamline daily tasks for the team.
- Support implementation and integration of larger projects involving research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, problem resolution, and training.
- Maintain database integrity and recoverability throughout an agent's life cycle.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Fluency in English (B2) for written and verbal communication.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Access, Excel, and Power BI.
- Confidence working with AS400, Salesforce, and Access databases.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
- Prioritize accuracy, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and people skills, with a proactive attitude.
