About the Opportunity:
As an experienced Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring Scrum teams live agile values and principles, facilitating team backlog discussions, decision making, conflict resolution, and collaborating with other Scrum Masters to evolve our Agile culture. This role will also involve assessing the Scrum maturity of teams and organization, coaching teams to higher levels of maturity, and removing impediments for Scrum teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guide teams to a culture of focus, improving the organization of their work through sprint planning and reviews throughout a project life cycle
- Help the Scrum team achieve higher levels of Scrum maturity
- Form partnerships across departments to streamline work processes
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the Scrum team
- Owning and curating the Scrum data and reports
- Training, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
