We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Freebalance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to projects with a deep understanding of institutional change and improvement, prioritizing the needs of end users (citizens, businesses, other public officials).
- Advocate for user needs by providing insights to decision makers and mentoring internal counterparts on quality standards in digital services.
- Participate in project governance meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology management, innovation management, information science engineering, economics, or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Transformation Expert.
- Experience in public sector projects in areas such as Design and Evaluation of Digital Services, Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment, or Organizational Change Management towards a digital culture.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
