We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a member of our global support organization, you will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely and effective case resolution.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and tools, including cloud platforms and diagnostic software. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the growth of best practices for support services.
We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues, and a personal commitment to quality and customer service.
This is a customer-facing role, and therefore it requires strong interpersonal skills in addition to strong technical skills. The Technical Support Engineer must be able to work outside of normal business hours as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of customer-facing technical support experience
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical details
