Job Description

The Internal Communication & Brand Manager will serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring successful communication of organizational initiatives and projects to employees and stakeholders.

This role will lead the organization's external presence, promoting the brand and company culture through various channels, including local media, events, social media, and developing creative ways to attract prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement impactful communication strategies to engage and align employees with the organization's brand, values, and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and deliver effective communication strategies reflecting transformative change; measured in NPS improvement.
  • Change Management - play a key role in communication plans during organizational changes, ensuring transparency and managing potential resistance.
  • Serve as a strategic communication partner by providing counsel to senior managers in the development of appropriate messaging and engagement opportunities to employees in support of key business priorities, initiatives, and activities.
  • Lead/support internal projects and initiatives and ensure they are successfully communicated.
  • Partner with GBS Functions to increase employee awareness, understanding, and participation in programs within the company.
  • Participate in regular meetings to align on objectives and priorities.
  • Organise major site-related events like All Hands meeting, Town Halls, Learning Fridays, etc.
  • Oversee a team of designers forming the presentation services team.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR/TA and L&D projects and initiatives.
Experian Brand Related Duties:
  • Oversee and follow all the company's employment branding strategies.
  • Drive all the company media presence on the local market like media events, press releases, articles.
  • Hold and maintain the brand calendar for the whole year.
  • Generate ideas of how to make the company more attractive and visible when attending external events.
  • Work closely with the respective event
