Job Description

Fragomen, an AMLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a Technical Training and Data Policy Communications Analyst to join our Data Management and Analytics Group.
This position will offer an array of opportunities to craft corporate communications, advance organizational data literacy and enhance our firm's technical environment.
This role will work hybrid based out of our San Jose, Costa Rica office.
How you will make a difference as Technical Training and Data Policy Communications Analyst with Fragomen:

- Supporting the Analytics and Data Management Program in promoting data literacy across the firm.
- Connecting tactical communications activities to a high-level strategy to present a cohesive, engaging narrative to key audiences
- Developed live and prerecorded events that capture the attention of busy audiences and communicate important information in a compelling way
- Developing training courses and material
- Communication of training programs
- Delivering training courses
- Collecting feedback from training sessions for future improvements to content and existing programs

Let's talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field, a high school degree and equivalent professional experience
- Data and Tableau knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong organization, communication and problem solving skills
