We are looking for a Digital Innovation Lead to drive the technical vision and strategy for our front-end development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding guidelines and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience working exclusively with front-end technologies.
- 2+ years of proven track record as a technical team leader.
- Expertise in front-end development patterns and practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object Oriented development).
- Working experience with Content Management systems.
- Knowledge of design patterns (e.g., model-view-controller, observer, object oriented, etc.) and mainstream libraries and frameworks (jQuery, Angular, Ember, Backbone, React, VueJS, or any other).
