Job Responsibilities:
- Support various activities in scope for Intercompany Operations, including Order Management, Purchasing, Account Payables (Invoice Processing, GR-IR, Payments), and Billing
- Closing cooperation with source of supply locations, BG/division supply chain, Enterprise Operations, 3M Subsidiaries, Master Data, and 3PL/freight forwarders to ensure timely export or import of Intercompany transactions
- Understanding and executing transactions following export rules and regulations complying with applicable Country Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments
- Managing communication between 3M international subsidiaries and ship locations by providing accurate data including product availability, order status, expedites, etc.
- FOLLOWING UP ON ESCALATIONS, DELAYS, SHIPMENT DISCREPANCIES, INVOICE ISSUES, SYSTEM AND DATA ERRORS, AND TRANSPORTATION ISSUES
- Ensuring timely completion of Customer Feedback Resolution data for our subsidiary partners
- Analyzing, managing, and handling iDocs (Intermediate Documents) and/or system interfaces and resolving possible scenarios or inquiries
- If required, executing/requesting write-off request received by different teams to balance discrepancies on Purchase Orders into the system
- Troubleshooting invoices with purchase issues to ensure proper registration and resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve and being involved in continuous improvements initiatives
- Being proactive in problem identification and resolution
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets, metrics, providing visibility, justifying, and implementing actions in case targets are not achieved - contributing root cause analysis
- Actively participating in daily operations status meetings (Tiers), as well as in team meetings
- When required, leading them
- Contributing to the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) and Audit Controls
- Collaborating on assigned projects, including trainings to new hires or any other teams
- Contributing to migrations when necessary
- If required, supporting Intercompany, Plant & Country ERP deployments
- Actively participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complying with professional and quality standards, complying with corporate policies and procedures, and acting in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards
- Contributing with onboarding plans creations/updates for new resources
- Documenting collaboration, such as SOPs, Work Instructions, Job aids
Requirements:
- Team Player
- Intermediates excel skills
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and/or Transportation
- SAP Experience (Procurement/AP/Order Management) - Basic to Intermediate
- Self-motivated, fast learner willing-to-learn
- Must have high client service, quality-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced English level: B2/C1
