**About the Role**

 

The Intercompany USAC Inbound Analyst will play a critical role in our Global Intercompany team, ensuring seamless execution of intercompany orders and transactions. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage intercompany orders (inbound or outbound) transactions to ensure timely export or import of Intercompany transactions.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including source of supply locations, BG/division supply chain, Enterprise Operations, 3M Subsidiaries, Master Data, and 3PL/freight forwarders.
  • Provide accurate data, including product availability, order status, expedites, etc., to support communication between 3M international subsidiaries and ship locations.
  • Follow up on escalations, delays, shipment discrepancies, invoice issues, system and data errors, and transportation issues.
  • Support Salesforce inquiries and ensure timely completion of Customer Feedback Resolution data for subsidiary partners.
  • Participate in continuous improvements initiatives (Lean Six Sigma) to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Proactively resolve problems and complete assigned tasks within SLA targets.
  • Support Intercompany, Plant & Country ERP deployments and actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives.

 

Requirements

 

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of University/College Education.
  • Intermediate English skills, written and verbal.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and/or Transportation.
  • SAP Experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner willing-to-learn.
  • High client service, quality oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced English level: B2/C1.
