**Job Overview**
As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative and diverse people. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of intercompany transactions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and manage intercompany orders (inbound or outbound) transactions.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including source of supply locations, BG/division supply chain, Enterprise Operations, 3M Subsidiaries, Master Data, and 3PL/freight forwarders, to ensure timely export or import of Intercompany transactions.
- Understand and execute transactions following export rules and regulations complying with applicable Country Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.
- Manage communication between 3M international subsidiaries and ship locations by providing accurate data including product availability, order status, expedites, etc.
- Follow up on escalations, delays, shipment discrepancies, invoice issues, system and data errors, and transportation issues.
- Ensure timely completion of Customer Feedback Resolution data for subsidiary partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve and participate in continuous improvements initiatives (Lean Six Sigma).
- Proactively resolve problems.
- Complete assigned tasks within SLA targets.
- Support Intercompany, Plant & Country ERP deployments.
- Participate actively in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards, and adhere to corporate policies and procedures, as well as 3M's values and ethical standards.
