Financial Operations Manager for Global Receivables

At Te Connectivity, our Accounting Teams are responsible for developing and implementing accounting systems that adhere to GAAP policies and procedures. They design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage O2C teams to ensure quality and efficiency of work produced.
- Hold regular meetings, coach and mentor team members, recognize key employees, and be a Subject Matter Expert for O2C related topics.
- Support the migration of O2C processes from countries throughout the Americas to San Jose, Costa Rica, and customer negotiations in order to secure adequate guarantees for credit lines.
- Oversee region's receivables collection activities, including unique collections plans, bankruptcy or special action notices, and placement of accounts with collection agencies.
- Provide local O2C Process Lead, Finance Directors/Controllers with bad debt reserve recommendations per corporate policy.
- Appropriately manage and escalate issues with service delivery, perform regular performance evaluations of staff members, and identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C function.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries/business units, people management experience.
- Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Prior experience in managing O2C functions in a shared services environment.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end S2P processes and associated technology platforms.
