Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator Coordinator to join our team at Freebalance. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing financial management and human talent projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the actions of project managers and technical leaders in financial administration and human resources implementation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to international standards (PMI, PRINCE 2 or similar).
  • Liaise between consulting firm and project, serving as counterpart to the outgoing implementation manager.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 7 years in project management following international standards.
  • Experience managing at least 2 projects related to information systems and/or process reengineering in the public sector.
  • International experience as a manager or technical leader in public financial administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
