**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, as well as maintaining the integrity of our accounting systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Complete end-of-day activities, including posting charges to accounts and running night audit backups
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit
  • Prepare adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges
  • Print contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency
  • Sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability
  • Operate the telephone switchboard station and process requests for wake-up calls
  • Complete the Room Rate Variance Report

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
