**Job Summary**

As a Procurement Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Quoting suppliers according to internal customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Negotiating and communicating effectively with suppliers.
  • Presenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders.
  • Following up on receipt of orders.
  • Supporting internal customers.
  • Conducting market research on suppliers.
  • Supporting the creation of new suppliers in our system.
  • Assisting in the management and organization of contracts with external suppliers.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in accounting, finance, or administration-related fields (not required, but a plus).
  • Cursing in accounting, finance, or administration-related fields.
  • English language proficiency (B2 or higher).
  • General knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office.
  • Skills in multitasking, proactive behavior, organization, communication, leadership, teamwork, learning, adaptability, problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
