The Project Manager will be instrumental in facilitating the implementation of a diverse array of projects and initiatives within the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) division. This role involves steering strategic initiatives, promoting effective decision-making, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Direct cross-functional teams to complete intricate projects within established timelines and budgets.

· Work closely with the Chief of Staff to prioritize project efforts and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

· Create and sustain detailed project documentation, including plans, timelines, and progress reports.

· Serve as a bridge between the CAO division and other departments to guarantee clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

· Apply best practices in project management while consistently seeking ways to enhance processes and results.

· Assist in planning and executing various engagements by managing requests and maintaining planning and tracking resources.

· Coordinate and produce a variety of materials for both internal and external engagements, such as client meetings, operational meetings, board presentations, and other ad hoc materials.

· Collaborate with other teams and business units to cultivate relationships by engaging stakeholders, establishing credibility, resolving issues, building consensus, and achieving objectives.

· Deliver precise stakeholder and governance communications punctually and comprehensively.

· Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

· Oversee and manage multiple projects with various internal and external dependencies, complex scopes, and significant risks requiring mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.

· At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a corporate environment.

· Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.

· Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and drive teams toward success.

· Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools.

· Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Key Competencies:

· Comprehensive understanding of the Project Lifecycle and the responsibilities of a Project Manager utilizing an iterative development approach. Ability to lead team discussions on scope, estimation, planning, and scheduling, drawing from extensive practical experience.

· Capacity to organize related projects into programs and manage them effectively.

· Established reputation as a decisive and proactive project manager with experience in leading broad-scope, interdependent, high-risk, high-impact projects with long implementation timelines across various functions.

· Strong financial acumen related to project management.

· Excellent skills in creating, analyzing, and presenting written, verbal, and visual communications to diverse audiences.

· Commitment to leadership through both actions and words within the project and organizational teams. Continuously identify and implement operational efficiencies. Proficient in change management, with the ability to clarify ambiguity.

· Strong multi-stakeholder management skills with effective negotiation abilities, fostering positive interactions.

· Ability to set direction and delegate tasks to project teams, ensuring that project and departmental deliverables are met.
