We are in search of a Project Manager who will be instrumental in driving a diverse array of projects and initiatives within the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) division. This role entails steering strategic initiatives, facilitating decisive actions, and ensuring the effective implementation of projects that resonate with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Direct cross-departmental project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of intricate projects.
· Work closely with the Chief of Staff to prioritize project activities and align them with the overarching objectives of the organization.
· Create and uphold detailed project documentation, including plans, timelines, and progress reports.
· Serve as a conduit between the CAO division and other departments to guarantee transparent communication and stakeholder engagement.
· Adopt best practices in project management while continuously identifying opportunities for process enhancements and improved outcomes.
· Assist in the organization and execution of various engagements, managing requests and maintaining planning and tracking materials.
· Collaborate with other teams to develop and curate a variety of materials for both internal and external engagements, including customer meetings and board presentations.
· Foster relationships with stakeholders to establish credibility, resolve issues, build consensus, and achieve project objectives.
· Deliver precise stakeholder and governance communications punctually, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
· Oversee multiple projects with various internal and external dependencies, managing complex scopes and mitigating risks effectively.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
· At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a corporate environment.
· Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
· Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating teams towards achieving success.
· Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Key Competencies:
· Comprehensive understanding of the Project Lifecycle and the responsibilities of a Project Manager utilizing iterative development methodologies.
· Ability to consolidate related projects into programs and manage them effectively.
· Recognized as a proactive project manager with experience in leading broad-scope, interdependent, high-risk projects.
· Strong financial acumen related to project management.
· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
· Commitment to leadership through actions and words within the project and organizational teams, consistently identifying and executing operational efficiencies.
· Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders with strong negotiation skills, ensuring positive interactions.
· Capability to set direction and delegate tasks to project teams, ensuring deliverables are met in relation to project objectives.
