- Develop strategies for gathering customer insights and incorporating them into software development processes, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.
- Monitor initiative progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business or information technology related fields.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology or Product Management, focusing on project management and customer engagement.
- Proven leadership with strong collaborative experience managing cross-organizational teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Remote Work Opportunity:**
