**Salary:** $25,000 - $35,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Description:
We're seeking a charismatic and organized individual to provide exceptional customer service at our front desk. As a Front Desk Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their stay.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting guests, responding to their needs and requests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Providing information and recommendations to guests about local attractions, events, and activities
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
To be successful as a Front Desk Ambassador, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and policies
- Fluency in English language
