Front Desk Ambassador

**About the Role**

We're seeking a charismatic and organized individual to join our front desk team at Selina.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Assist with managing the hotel reception area, maintaining a clean and tidy environment at all times.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, seeking solutions and providing alternatives.
• Assist with training and development, including first aid, health and safety, and customer service.
• Perform ad-hoc duties, such as bar and restaurant work, as required.
• Administer petty cash and maintain accurate records.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.

**Requirements**

• Customer service experience and skills.
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Previous experience in dealing with clients and resolving issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and think critically.
• English language proficiency required.
